2 Chronicles 7:13-15

¹³ When I close up the sky and there is no rain, or I command locusts to eat up the land, or I send a plague on my people, ¹⁴ and my people, who are called by my Name, humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sins and heal their land.

¹⁵ Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayer from this place.
